Dispatch

You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

Our standard dispatch service is with DPD. Orders placed by 4pm on weekdays will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed between 4pm and 6:45pm will be dispatched via DX Express. Orders made after 6:45pm will be dispatched the following working day.

We also offer a Sunday dispatch option, with a cut-off time of 1pm. Orders placed before 1pm on Sunday should arrive on Monday.

Please note, due to the nature of our products, DPD is unable to leave your parcel in a safe place if you are not available. However, they may leave it with a neighbour on occasion.

Delivery

Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 8pm. We do not offer standard deliveries on weekends or public holidays, and we are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses.

Special timed deliveries are not available for addresses in Scotland or Northern Ireland.

While we strive to ensure your parcel arrives promptly, there may occasionally be delays with the courier, particularly during busy periods.

What happens if I am not available to receive my order?

If the driver is unable to deliver the goods, they will attempt to deliver again the next day, typically making two delivery attempts. The driver will leave a message with a contact number for you to arrange a new delivery date.

If the courier is unable to contact you, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, you will need to cover the cost of redelivery. If you no longer wish to receive the items, a refund will be issued minus the original delivery fee and a return fee.
