Med Aesthetic Pro Returns Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and guarantee a refund if you are not completely happy with your purchase. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, complete with original packaging, within 5 days of receipt.

We do not accept returns for products that have been opened. This policy ensures that all customers can shop with confidence, knowing that all goods supplied are new and come directly from the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, we will process it and apply a credit to your original method of payment within 10 days. Typically, this process is faster, but we have no control over bank processing times (as much as we wish we did).

If you haven’t received your refund within this timeframe, please take the following steps:

    Double-check your bank account.

    Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.

    Reach out to your bank, as there may be additional processing time before the refund appears.

Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. You will be responsible for covering the postage costs for any unwanted items you return. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the total.

We recommend sending any returns via recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us. It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit. Items returned without original packaging or in poor condition will not be eligible for a refund.
