    You must agree to the terms and conditions before proceeding to checkout. This includes accepting our returns policy, customs fees, and acknowledging that orders are placed at your own risk.

    We do not provide any warranty regarding the accuracy, timeliness, or suitability of the information on this website. You acknowledge that it may contain errors, and we exclude liability for inaccuracies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Payments & Refunds

    By paying with a card, you confirm that it is a business card. Contact customer services if incorrect card fees have been applied and a refund is needed.

    International orders: You are responsible for arranging domestic delivery if required.

    We are not liable for orders seized or delayed by customs.

    Ensure that your delivery and contact details are correct when placing orders. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

    We use third-party couriers, and delays caused by these companies, including those due to COVID-19, are beyond our control.

6. Shipping & Delivery

    One additional delivery attempt will be made at no extra cost. Any further delivery attempts will be charged to the customer.

    Med Aesthetic Pro is not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit, although we will assist where possible.

    Reports of lost, missing, or damaged orders must be made within 48 hours for an investigation to begin.

    If you authorise a courier to leave a parcel in a “safe” place, we are not liable for loss or theft.

    We offer Delivery Protection for an additional fee, which covers lost or damaged parcels. Opting out of this protection means that refunds or replacements depend on the courier’s investigation.

7. Order Termination & Resale

    We reserve the right to cancel orders or close accounts if we believe there is a breach of these terms or unethical behaviour.

    Items purchased from Med Aesthetic Pro are for direct use with clients or family members and are not for resale without written consent.

8. Training Courses

    Online courses: It is the buyer’s responsibility to have the correct qualifications. We will not issue refunds if insurance cannot be obtained.

    In-person courses: We reserve the right to change or cancel courses. If the trainer determines that you need more experience, we may offer an alternative course at a reduced rate.

    Cancellations: A full refund will be issued if you cancel at least 14 days before the course date. After that, no refunds will be given.

    Acts of God: We do not issue refunds for events outside human control, such as natural disasters. Efforts will be made to reschedule cancelled courses, but this cannot be guaranteed.

9. Proof of Qualifications

    We only sell to trained practitioners who have undergone CPD accredited aesthetics training. Proof of this must be provided with your first order.

10. Complaints & Refunds

    Complaints should be submitted in writing to support@medaestheticpro.com. Complaints will be acknowledged within one week.

    No refunds will be given for training courses undertaken.

11. Replacement Items

    Replacement requests must include photos of the packaging, batch number, and a detailed description of the issue. Products will only be replaced after being returned for testing.

    Items with a 12-month guarantee on electricals are subject to this process.

    We cannot replace items where needles or cannulas not included with the product have been used.

12. Lost, Stolen, & Damaged Parcels

    If a parcel is lost by a courier, we will await the courier’s investigation before issuing a replacement or refund.

    Lost, stolen, or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

13. Sales & Discounts

    Discount codes cannot be combined with sale items. Orders are only accepted upon dispatch, and we reserve the right to cancel any orders made at incorrect prices.

14. Data Protection

    By booking a training course with Med Aesthetic Pro, you agree to the use of your data for processing orders and for marketing purposes. We will not share your details without your consent.
